I had to book a flight at this high season and was looking for a very flexible and affordable ticket. Nathan Cole was the consultant that handled my enquiry, he was patient, understanding and very helpful. Even though I wished I could get a much cheaper ticket than I did he definitely tried his best by searching all various options before I decided on the flight I will be flying with.

Wow Raymond was amazing. I tried to buy ticket from the US Very short but the app disconnected. I gave up but he called me, 11 o’clock at night in the UK and solved The issue for me.

I was trying to book my tickets online, but after entering all the info and card details something went wrong, i got a “sorry but the tickets had gone”... I was really upset, as I had to book tickets ASAP as prices were going higher within minutes. Within 10 min a got a call from Jasika, who asked me if I’m still interested in these tickets. She managed to get the same day/flight tickets for me, oh relive... It was only few pounds difference which was great. Jasika was really nice, friendly, polite and professional. She took all the details and provided me with e-tickets very quickly. I really appreciate her help. Great customer service! Thank you!

I booked a flight through crystal travel and it was my first time, not knowing what was happening because the booking was still under verification, I got a call from one of the agent (Kim) who actually explained to me that it was being denied because the window for that price had been closed. She offered to help me get the same ticket for same price. I taught it wS scam at first, but yes she did get me the ticket at same price.

I am totally satisfied with booking of my flight and I will recommend booking company.

The customer service agent (Mariam) very helpful, she has help to choose best prices for flights and booked and generated the e-tickets. Its all done vi e-mail, I don't have to call to complete bookings. Overall its satisfactory experience and I will choose again Crystal travels.

User-friendly site, easy to book, and a personal phonecall from Jacob to confirm ticket received. Almost too good to be true!

Miriam was really helpful when I had an issue booking online. She found the problem and helped to resolve it quickly, and followed up to make sure my ticket arrived and I was happy.
Minus 1 star for the website issues, as I gave the chat bot my number to request a call back, but no one called so I had to call them. And my call was transferred 3 times before I could speak to Miriam. Once I was through to her everything became easy.
